GenieTek Innovations Inc. has been formed to provide the vehicle to market DocuGenie and other like technology products for the content capture market. 

Founded in 2001, GenieTek was created, in part, to answer specific needs and most glaring weaknesses in the forms processing technology sector - reliable processing of complex or loosely structured documents.  After extensive research and testing, a remarkable technological breakthrough was achieved.  Two patents have subsequently been filed as a result of the new technology is found in DocuGenie.  Field testing and market evaluations resulted in its first sales in 2003.  

DocuGenie is sold via direct sales and through reseller channels. The design of the core technology also allows the company to develop strategic partnerships and alliances for its products whereby both parties can benefit from its leading edge solutions.  It is actively seeking opportunities for market specific licensing agreements and/or purchase of exclusive marketing or technology rights. Customization and integration consulting are also available.
