DocuGenie comes complete with a full Help file. Additional help is offered through multimedia presentations using Power Point, Flash etc. Technical staff use remote viewing software to teach, train or troubleshoot specific issues.
All new clients are offered several options for training including on site training. In addition to standard protocols, we offer customized training that specifically addresses the unique needs of every client. Special attention is given to those areas most crucial to their operations.
The DocuGenie Technical Support Center is for registered clients is specifically designed to offers tips and techniques directly to our clients. Clients can log in and view multimedia presentations, read tech notes and download tools that are created to help all users.
