DocuGenie™ contains three new validations technologies to verify and assure quality, save time and money when processing forms. With PageVal™, CrosscheckVal™, and FieldVal™ virtually 100% data accuracy is achieved, once again, with a minimum of human intervention.

CrossCheckVal ™ - CrosscheckVal™ validates the accuracy of the correlation between values in a table to ensure the totals match. For every field in a group, CrosscheckVal™ shows the original image, displays the understood value and gives a suggestion for creating an accurate correlation. The operator chooses the accurate suggestion or edits the value.

FieldVal ™ - FieldVal™ compares multiple OCR results and factors how important a data field is. Then, only significant fields are presented, eliminating unnecessary work. Additionally, FieldVal™ presents input from multiple sources (ie different brands of OCR's) as suggestions for a field's values. The human operator selects the correct value from a suggestion list.

PageVal ™ - PageVal™ ensures that abnormal obstacles to Formlet processing are identified for operator verification and interpretation. By alerting the user and allowing for corrective measures, this prevents more complex difficulties in the future.
