DocuGenie represents a “next generation” approach to document forms processing using a highly advanced template methodology to achieve its results. The foundation of our technology is our Patent Pending Technology called Formlets™.
Formlets™ approach complex documents by breaking them down into a series of miniature sub-form templates, and dynamically aligning these sub-form templates to the actual data. Conceptually, rather than the data fitting into a template, the template “goes” to the data.
DocuGenie also offers highly effective controls over the processed data and makes use of sophisticated checking and verification techniques that enables more efficient and accurate results. One such innovation in this area has an additional patent filed for an automatic Quality Assurance technique we call “Crosscheck Validation”.
By taking this approach, DocuGenie is able to extract meaningful information from a wide variety of digitally captured documents, automatically applying business rules that ensure the data's accuracy and then feed the perfected results into content management systems.
